Where we are, as of April 2023

We've had a lot of challenges thrown our way between April 2022 and April 2023. Drought, environmental performance, and some of the busiest tourist seasons in Devon and Cornwall, are just a few things that have put our networks and processes under pressure.

We have a long way to go still, but we've seen some great improvements in key areas, including storm overflows, data transparency and customer engagement.

We report on our progress yearly, in line with Our Vision for 2050. Here's how we're doing:

100%
bathing water compliance
84.2%customers
on metered bills
76.84
customer satisfaction score
43,239customers
